Recognizing dedication to public service

Each year, the Justices of the Peace and Constables Association selects from applications of the membership's children and grandchildren for the Constable Darrell Lunsford, Judge Fulton Lee, Constable James Paschall, & Deputy Micheal Eakin Memorial Scholarship.

This memorial scholarship recognizes the highest ideals of service in our public offices as well as commitment and dedication that sometimes comes in sacrifice. One of JPCA's greatest purposes is providing assistance for educational opportunities for the children of our members. We have seen the results of our investment grow in watching these students graduate and go on to lead productive lives.

The 2024 Application process is OPEN for submission.

We look forward to announcing the winners at this year’s
